Maxine Lum Mauricio
Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President,
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Maxine helps maintain the integrity of the EMCOR brand through effective management of its legal and regulatory activities. Her responsibilities include advising the company on general corporate matters; mergers and acquisitions; information security and compliance; corporate governance; and securities laws. Working with senior executives and EMCOR’s Board of Directors, Maxine helps manage risk and liability while ensuring regulatory, legal, and corporate compliance.
Maxine joined EMCOR in 2002 as Assistant General Counsel. From 2016 - 2021, Maxine served as Senior Vice President and from 2012 - 2015, served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining EMCOR, Maxine was a corporate associate in the Boston office of Ropes & Gray LLP, where she advised public company and private equity clients.
Maxine received her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. Currently, Maxine is a board member of Novanta Inc. (NASDAQ: NOVT). She is also a member of the Dartmouth Native American Visiting Committee and serves on the Board of Visitors of the Rockefeller Center for Public Policy and the Social Sciences at Dartmouth College.
