Olivia is responsible for the management, implementation, and usability of EMCOR’s national information technology (IT) network and operations.

She provides oversight for multiple data centers and data center operations, telecom and network contracts, and the company’s messaging/email systems and help desk. Additionally, her work includes custom applications and the centralized IT procurement function.

Olivia offers more than 20 years of experience in IT support, administration, and engineering. She is highly-versed in implementing complex IT and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, managing large scale projects, and leading IT teams.

Olivia began her career in IT working at a non-profit organization, before moving to a regional managed service provider that supported multiple EMCOR operating companies.

In 2008, she joined EMCOR Construction Services, Inc. (ECS) as Manager of Information Technology, where she later served as Director of Information Technology and Vice President of Information Technology.

During her time with ECS, Olivia was responsible for several large-scale projects such as the technical design and implementation of a multi-company enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and the consolidation of more than 40 active directory domains.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her rescued greyhound and reading. She is also a fan of baseball and college football.
